I purchased a de Dietrich induction hob as part of my energy reduction programme. It performed perfectly for 24 months, whilst under guarantee, 25 days later it developed a fault. Contacted De Dietrich whose response was " hard luck ". Repairer cannot carry out repair for, at least, 5 days which means we have to limit our meals . At 80 years of age this is not acceptable and the advice has to be, forget about helping the planet buy "well tried" equipment for anyone other than De Dietrich and save yourself a lot of needless hassle.
If this is their so called QUALITY then, avoid De Dietrich
