Back 5 years ago t-mobile was a great company, but now when ever you want to speak to the customer service team you'll probably have to wait for 2hr or maybe try day after day, its impossible to get hold of them when you're in deperate need of them, plus you get charged 40p per minute.
now i have joined o2 and they are so much better, with o2 you dont get charged in speaking with the customer service plus they are all fluent english speaking, and they answer straight away, or alternatively you could chat to them on line and theyll sort the problem.
