We paid Holiday Autos £115 and were refused a car in Fuerteventura and they will not refund any money.
We paid Holiday Autos with a debit card. We failed to read the small print that reqired a credit card imprint at the car hire office. Therefore Orlando cars refused to hire us the car and we were left at their office at some distance from the airport, with no means of getting to our accomodation.
Holiday autos have refused any refund because we did not read the small print requiring a credit card.
The website encourages payment by debit card yet it only states in the small print that a credit card is essential to collect the car.
If a credit card is essential it should be stated openly.
A refund less reasonable charges should be made.
