Not based in UK
Won't return calls
Won't refund money
Took money for software that is freely available
Software they provided isn't theirs
Software doesn't work

Reported them to UK Trading Standards but they are overseas with no UK offices. The website is a front for a scam shop.

These people are the lowest of the low.

Avoid.
