“Still like the food but the staff need training”

I'm a bit of a stickler for policies, so when they say have it your way...I want it my way. That means a little bit of mayo, no cheese and salad but in the box not on the burger. Staff tried to charge me more for it?! Annoying but eventually I got what I wanted and it was nice so not all bad!
