I only watched sky through sky go - I have a TV, but rarely use it.
Worked fine at first then sky put through an update that has stopped my sky go working.
I have now spent, or should I say wasted, 7 hours trying to fix it through the Q&A's, then the help desk and finally on the phone at ridiculous cost for almost 2 hours - at once stage they accidentally cut me off!
The long and the short of it, I cancelled sky.
Then I am informed that I am still expected to pay for my non working service, even though they will not fix it because I have given otice, for the 31 day notice period.
Looking into claiming my money back under non-performance of contract, and definitely not paying anymore.
A warning to anybody that is thinking of joining Sky - DO NOT if anything goes wrong the customer service / support is worse than laughable.
Sky go is not bad if it works - but if it goes wrong you are stuffed.
Now off to spread the word on this shower on as many forums as possible - and taking the £50 a month that I have saved down the pub when the sporting events are on.
