My wife has just experienced the same problem as most of the recent reviewers. She emailed Virgin Wines on 9 February cancelling her Membership and instructing them not to send any more of their wines. Lo and behold a
case turns up on 27 February and £96.50 taken from her account without any authorisation. Virgin Wines have not responded to two emails about this and so a telephone call was made today to their, so called, Customer Services
who were , to say the least rude. They were not prepared to refund the money until the wine was collected and returned to their warehouse so my wife is £96.50 down at the moment through no fault of her own. Unsolicited goods used to be illegal but it seems that anything goes with this sort of Company these days. Wonder how much money they are holding in their account taken from other unfortunates.
For you wine buffs don't bother I can get better wine from my local Aldi at half the price
