Ordered a great box of wine for a Christmas gift but 2 months later another turns up on my door. I can't get hold of anyone on the phone. Have been waiting and waiting. Have sent them an email. I am now contacting my credit card company. Now having read other people's entries I see that this is a reoccuring strategy to extract money for previous customers. Its a bad rap! Don't do it unless you want to be tied in.
