“please see before you buy ”

Hello there iv been with virgin for 2 years now with the home package to start up with then I went on to virgin mobile. I signed up for only to be on 12 months contract as the guy who rang me didn’t tell that iv signed up for 24months I’m absolutely disgusted.
Many times iv rang virgin to explain this but they listen but no really action
When I asked virgin to go back to your voice calls and check that I was mis-sold they refused to do so and then I wrote to this address Matrix House.
Which they haven’t even replied once to me and iv sent them least 4 letters explaining what happened and they saying that it my fault that i signed up with them -- didn’t make sense to me all they wanted was the sale to come. I wouldn’t recommend that to any one but only say that don’t be fooled make sure you’ve only signed up for 12 not 24 as this can cause a lot of pain as I am on low income and disabled I cant afford to buy there 450 in one go, that the bill want they sent to me just few days ago
There customer services are very poor so be aware before you sign up iv just recently sent them a letter 5 and now is over 2 and half weeks ago and they still haven’t even knowledge my letter be carefully guys this is a scam to get the sale in. Make sure what your buying.
