Locked in on rate and fees. Next delay on appraisal delay on paperwork. The gfe changed 3-4 times. Went from out of pocket 2700 to 4700. They messed up lender credit, escrows, paid my insurance twice. No one in office at anytime with 10 emails and 8 phone calls ever had a clue. Had settlement day wrong. Got to settlement did not even get a copy of paperwork to take with me. I have refiannced 3-4 times and was aware of process and was worried about about respa violations. The end result costs were okay my out of pocket for escrows and insurance will be only temporary. Unless you are very understanding of the amount of time you will need to spend to oversee every paper sent to you and make numerous communications I would not use this company. Newbies go to someone that is more proffessional and will be consistent in giving service.
