The boots I ordered were too small, even though I had bought a size bigger than normal. I rang customer services and I listened to a recorded message telling me I was being put through. 10 minutes (at premium rate) later someone finally answered the phone but the girl didn't seem to understand me and every question/answer had to go through her supervisor. They eventually offered me to keep the boots and they would discount my next order. What do I want with a pair of boots that don't fit. I asked to return them and be fully refunded. She should have given me a returns code but said someone would ring me back - no-one did. I was not going to ring because of the cost so emailed. Customer services sent a returns code and I duly returned boots which I had to pay for. After two weeks I have chased up my refund but they now say that they have not received my boots. Why does that not surprise me?! I now have to claim through the post office.
I have never had a problem like this with other catalogues/mail order and I would advise anyone to shop elsewhere!
