“My Laptop Kanken: Fun, Colourful and Practical!”

I've had this lovely Kanken backpack for a while now and I am absolutely smitten! The size is perfect. It's compact, sturdy and I love the boxy shape with the slightly tapered edges. It makes me giddy with nostalgia for the backpacks I wore as a little kiddo in the 80s. The huge range of colours is amazing; there is something for everyone.

The quality is excellent. The straps are sturdy and comfortable, and I love the attention to detail in the design. The snap closures on the straps are very handy. The fabric is stiff and feels extremely durable. The laptop bag fits my MacBook Pro perfectly - a very nice snug fit. The laptop sleeve design is fantastic and highly practical because it's contained in a separate compartment which zips up at the back, completely separate from the main compartment. I found this extremely useful for swift removal of the laptop. I have been using my Kanken as my carry-on luggage when flying so this has been a lifesaver as it's always a hassle removing your laptop when going through security - but not with my Kanken!

Another noteworthy plus-point for the Laptop Kankens is that they are excellent insulators. The padded interior and thick fabric has kept my cold drinks nice and cool whilst traveling. Great also for trips to the market doing the shopping - it keeps my perishable foods cool until I get them home - even in warmer climates! The padded laptop divider (even when not in use) helps to keep the bag sturdy and flat so nothing digs into your back when wearing it - which used to be a real pet hate of mine with other brands of backpack. Coupled with the adjustable wide padded straps, this is a very comfortable bag to wear even when heavy. And don't let the size deceive you, it holds a LOT.

The website http://www.ilovemykanken.com is very well designed and easy to use. Customer service is top notch - very friendly and always happy to help. I love the colour pallet on the left of the site which is a unique and creative way to navigate the website. I think the website reflects the personality of the Kanken extremely well; It's fun, colourful, and practical!

The Kanken is a great backpack, and I am frequently asked by passersby in the street where I got it. I am always excited to tell everyone about it and spread the Kanken love!
