I brought an emerald pendant in January from The Jewellery Chanel (TJC). There were two cracked stones in it. I returned the item straight away using their return policy. I have spent £9 on postage , but after recieving my credit card bill saw that non of the postage was refunded.I asked why and they said it was not faulty. It clearly was and if it had not been I would have kept it as it was a gift. How can I see two cracks and there staff not see them. You could even feel the crack on the centre stone all the way through.
I brought from them before and the items were not great, but this was just a total disgrace.
