“LATE, RUDE, CRAMPED ”

5 hour late on departure to Mexico.
Called Thomas Cook prior to departure, the recorded message said no delays.
Nine of us Arrived at our Hotel at 5 AM! Bus transfer got pulled over by the police (no working tail lights!
Return trip was also delayed arrived home at 6:00 AM!

I asked a representative in Mexico what time the flight would leave, he said its not his problem and walked away, I asked what looked like his boss, he said he doesn't speak English!! and then proceeded to speak English to a stewardess!!

NOTE: I could find no way to phone Thomas Cook on a weekend so I drove to the airport 4 hours early to get some of our party of 9 to sit together.
There was no one from Thomas Cook there, no one ended up with a seat together.

I checked in after 8 of my Family had already gone through with minimal luggage.
My bag was 2 kilo's / 4 Lbs overweight which ends up costing $40.00 !

Thomas Cook, you should be embarrassed!
