Having found out that they had hiked the ticket price from £28.50 to £89.00 I was shocked to say the least.

After the original concert was cancelled (we had booked for a Friday) they offered a booking for a Thursday. They should at least ensured it was for the same night.

We can't make it anyway and am now trying to inform them of this but they do not allow you to reply to their email. I wonder why?
