Firstly I would reasue everyone I do not work or know anyone in tcw... I went there after seeing all these reviews bloody shitting myself!

I can only comment on my experience while I was there cos I have only now got my car the people there were lovely, patient and I felt really comfortable. . Cath who sorted my finance was lovely olly who took me around was lovely and Brett laughed when I said he didn't treat me like he was a bully boy lol. I even asked about the warranty not once was it mentioned to me till I asked at the end.

All in all a good morning spent I agree the vending machine with a 4 year old cost me a small fortune
