“Chiswick Fish and Chips”

We had a voucher from Social Living and this clearly had an impact in the quality of service and food.

When we called to book a table, the lady on the phone abruptly emphasized that even though we had a charge we would HAVE to pay service charge. (Even though i think in the UK service charge is optional).

Never mind... apparently people have spoken highly of it so that didn't put us off.

When we arrived, the place was nicely decorated and the atmosphere seems good, however the host, who was the same person who we spoke on the phone, clearly was having a bad day.

All in all the service was bad, food took too long, it wasn't as great and we were over charged service charge.

Really not that great... even though some people think is really good, i personally won't give it a second chance.
