“Credit account”

I bought Fromm simply be only to realise that they automatically sign you up with a credit account which is not clear when payment is made. I had to call 4 times to ensure delivery was made on time and that I eventually could close the account. The goods were fine but because of this bad practise in unclear payment method I will never buy from simply be again. With all these bad reviews I don't understand why they don't do something about it. I would have liked a clear notification that if I made the purchase, I would have to sign up to an account and also exactly what the additional charges / interest costs would be.
