Just painful. Really rude staff, not flexible at all and over priced. They could only book 3 hotels in the Nassau and forced us to book extra accomodation we did not need. They also sent miss information saying we could change plans and then said it was too late to change anything.
Luckily I managed to warn most of my friends to not use these guys before they booked on the trip as well.
Rip off merchants. Book independantly to save money or go elsewhere (Anywhere) to get some service.
