I have used Royvon kennels and dog training centre for over four years now, after a couple of unsatisfactory kennels experiences in the South Wales area. I cannot imagine changing kennels now, as the people at Royvon go well beyond what most people would expect from a boarding kennels. To start with they really know about dogs, rather than just offering space to make money, and they care for their guests on an individual basis. Recently my springer spaniel injured his foot quite badly and needed an operation on his paw. Unfortunately we were due to go abroad that week, to Central America, and it was important that we go. We were apprehensive about leaving Bruno in kennels as he was on two loads of antibiotics and had to wear a cone collar, but we needn't have worried. As soon as I took him there and he saw Lauren, his principal carer over the years, his tail started wagging, and he was obviously happy to see her. That was a huge relief. While I was away we received texts updating us on his progress. I am grateful to Royvon, and to Lauren, for the care they have taken of our dog, and would recommend them to anyone.
