I accepted an offer within 6 weeks of putting my house up for sale with Hatched.co.uk. Their communication was exemplary, they were quick to secure viewings & confirm them with me, their photography & description of my house was spot on and appeared immediately on Rightmove and other websites. The price is a tiny fraction of what you would pay a high street estate agent, for exactly the same service. They negotiated with my buyer on my behalf, and also acted as a go-between on many simple matters while the sale was going through that would've taken twice as long had i asked the same question via solicitors. I couldnt have asked for better service and i cant rate these guys highly enough. I would use them again in a second and recommend them to anyone. A special thanks to Joe Lee for all his hard work and speedy replies to emails and phone calls.
