“The best croquembouche outside France”

I came across Neil at a wedding fair and was instantly impressed by his stand. The cakes looked wonderful but did they taste as good as they looked? absolutely. For our daughter's wedding we ordered his delicious croquembouche and a selection of canapes. All were delicious, our only regret was to have under ordered as our guests kept going back for more! The wedding venue was quite some distance away from his base but that was no trouble for him. Neil is a true master of his art and a pleasurable, trustworthy supplier that I highly recommend
