“Love film.....The worst company I have ever dealt with!”

I was apporoached by a love film worker to sign up for a free trial, I was assured they would only begin to charge me if I personally chose to do so. They took all my personal details, which they again assured me was only to complete an account opening and was not to retrieve payment. And then selected a film to be sent to me.

I never received a film, and had no further details with the company, until I discovered they were taking a payment out of my bank every month, and had been doing this for several months without my knowledge.

I contacted them to close my account and to receive some sort of compensation for the £100+ which they had taken, and was first told they had no record of me, then that they would not refund any of the money, and that I had an outstanding movie rental which there was a fine for. I unhappily accepted that I was not being paid back for the monthly charge. But after this they then continued to retrieve the monthly charge from my bank account.

I have now contacted them several times and received no reply!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
