“Thomson -Try to rip you off for every penny and more ”

Booked a flight only with thomsons to cancun flew today. First had to pay 50 pound per suitcase which I was not expecting flying long haul so that was an additional 100 quid before I had even left home. I was also going to book hotels with them but after getting ripped off for luggage charges I booked on expedia. However thomsons money grabbing doesn't stop there. The advertised full entertainment package on the plane (for a 10hr flight) turned out once we were airborne to be an additional 5 pounds each to watch film, no water available free you had to buy it and the final straw was when we landed at cancun. We had paid 30 each (60 in total) for coach transfer to hotel arrived at Thomson coach and rep wouldn't let us on unless we paid even more money (which we were not prepared to do). And also dont know how they can justify charging 30 as hotels are literally up the road from the airport. Thomsons I want my money back ot see you in small claims court you disgusting company who don't give a damn about customers
