Been with them for 3 months now and my site is down all the time! I have yet to ping it over a 24 hour period but I would guess its only up 85-90% of the day, as I am finding it down several times a day.

Saying VPSville support is bad would be too kind. Ive asked them the most basic questions and they have struggled to give me an answer. In addition to not being very knowledgeable they are not very kind either! I'm starting to guess its a teen age punk with no brain running a start up company. I should have done more research before I signed up!
