Like some other reviewers I was 'honey-trapped' by a really good price on a big name item, which then turned out to be out of stock - but my card had already been debited. I was then offered an alternative at the same price.
I took 24 hours to research this alternative and came to the conclusion it wasn't much better than an own brand with a lot of reported failures to it's name, despite having 30+ glowing reviews on the CAC website (curiously most of the other devices in that category had no or very few reviews). I then asked for the order to be cancelled. Unlike some other reviewers this was handled well and the money was back in my account within a few days, so CAC can't be faulted there by me.
The item was still listed on the website at the low price for a while, but today, nearly two weeks on, it is listed at a similar price to other companies. Make what you will of that.
Overall I was left with an uncomfortable feeling, so although I give them average ratings I won't use them again myself.
