I placed an order of Flower and cake for my parents anniversary in India from Canada. Their delivery time was between 11 am - 8 pm, but they said they generally deliver by evening at max. My parents waited till 8 pm and waited half an hour more but it was not delivered and finally they left for the day. It was so annoying and everytime I called them they would say yes it will be delivered in time.

Flowers and gifts merchandising is about delivery on time and they completely lack this. My house is in prime place in Kolkata and still they can't deliver in time. Please do not waste your money on them.
