The concept of this card is great, however the practicalities and processes of operation beggar belief.

Main problem 1 - the internet process for 're-loading' the card is basically a waste of time - the system development is nothing short of incompetent and processes deliberately prevent re-loading.

Problem 2 - you can't top up outside of your home country.

What a farce !

** The gimmick is to sell you one of these on your departure then prevent you using it ever again - hence preventing access to any unused credit **
