“Don't expect to receive what you order!”

I ordered:

Tigger Door Bouncer =£23.03

My Buggy Buddy Clip Limited Edition Blue x 2 =£9.36

Avent Toddler Weaning Spoons (6 months+) =£4.16

Sub-Total:£36.55

Had an email to say my order was dispatched,

When the order arrived the door bouncer wasn’t in it, no explanation as to why or if it was in another package and would be arriving later etc.

Emailed customer service to as for clarification, to 4 days to reply to this email and was informed the door bouncer was out of stock and i had been refunded.

I would have liked to have been told that some of my order was out of stock so i could have continued to look for the item elsewhere, as it was i had to wait for this delivery and then wait for a reply from customer service before continuing my search. It would also have allowed me to stop my order before dispatch, rather than have the inconvenience of returning the unwanted items.

I only ordered the rest of the items to qualify for free delivery and would have cancelled the whole order had i been informed.

Emailed to ask about a refund, waited days for a reply again and when it finally did they said my email had come through blank, please try sending it again.

I would not use this company again or recommend them.

I have returned the other items, remains to be seen if I get a refund.
