ORDER NUMBER 12394614. I ORDERD FLOWERS FOR MY DAUGHTER IN PARIS ON THE 11TH FOR VALENTINE ON 14/02/12. I PAID EUR 141. AS I WRITE A DAY AFTER VALENTINE, MY DAUGHTER HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS, NOR HAS SHE BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE FROM FLORAQUEEN. HER VALENTINE WAS RUINED. WE ARE WAITING FOR THE NEXT LINE OF ACTION.
