Last year they flat out didn't send my fathers birthday card which was incredibly embarrassing. They blamed me and then the delivery company and in the end reimbursed me for the card (no card for my dad tho).
Just now they failed to send the flowers and card to my girlfriend on Valentine's day. I left a note in the 'additional delivery info' section saying to leave it on the doorstep to her flat as she is on the top floor and no-one else uses her corridor. All that was there when we got home from a day out was a note from the delivery company saying they will attempt delivery tomorrow (not really the point). Now Iv had to convince her that I have actually bought her a card and flowers! I felt so embarrassed I showed her the email confirmation. Impossible to get through on customer service lines so I'm waiting for their email response. FURIOUS!!
