“Transaction takes too long to complete purchase!”

I knew which car I wanted after looking on website. Salesman, Alistair, was extremely friendly and helpful and found the car straight away. I viewed the car and after a test drive decided to purchase, however from that time it took me over an hour to complete the deal. They try to add on extras that you do not need or want, and try extremely hard to sell these extras to you. You need to be firm if you want to say no! On collecting the car it had not been serviced and were told to return the car 5 days later when it would be done, however carshop cancelled this appointment the day before saying that it had not been booked in as Jamie had forgotten. Another date was arranged the following week when the car was serviced. Please be aware that although the service was carried out the carshop only issue a certificate and do not stamp the service manual. I am happy with the car but wish they didn't take so long to complete the deal.
