“Do not waste your money,”

I decided to buy some nasal spray for the first time in my life! Only ever having used natural medicines and Ayurveda for nearly everything I have had including swine flu,

A colleague recommended nasal spray when I had a blocked nose I gave it a shot bought this trash for £5.99 from my chemist,

I tried it both nostrils, one dose it did not do anything for at least 30 minutes at which point one nostril was slightly free however very uncomfortable to breath eventually was runny and then became very very dry at the bottom but it was still runny, then a day after using this having had the cold for 4 days at this point for the first time ever I had bronchitis like/ pneumonia symptoms? Possibly due to the usage instructions of snorting it and squeezing I felt it running down my throat

To make matters worse I'm pretty sure it aggravated and prolonged my blocked nose, and I had a blocked nose in addition to breathing difficulties and a persistent mucus cough with lung pain,

At this point the doctor I went to said I have severe bronchitis symptoms and offered antibiotics but just said rest and could not give a timeframe for it to be over,

In the end I went back to the natural stuff no antibiotics no benedryl nothing but a bottle of mixed ayurvedic oils for £1.49! I should never havs tried it!

From the severity of my symptoms I was fine within 2 weeks!

In my opinion don't bother, I never take any pharma medicine, do not waste your money, only reason you would buy this is because you don't know better luckily I know better, google Clove and cinnamon oil and see for yourself the research conducted and how it is more effective than antibiotics and stronger than penicillin with no side effects!
