“Very badly treated”

I went to luton branch to have my family portrait photos taken the salesman who treated me very badly he rushed very single photo taken i was not happy the way he handled things. He told me to come back to collect my photos I went back 3 times in total in the end I got so fed I had taken my 3 children with me my baby crying a lot was hungry the sales man steven said photos not ready. I mean how long do you make a customer wait? I felt very disturbed by my shopping at this shop.
