I placed an order with caraudiocentre.com for an item that I was to discover wasn't in stock. In fairness, they called me to tell me this and recommended a few alternative items, which I declined and asked for a refund. This was January 10th. Today is February 13th and I still have not received a refund, despite being promised first up to 28 days - which i think is a joke, then on calling them the first time, 5 working days, and the second call a week later, up to 7 days.
They are very unhelpful and can offer no explanation as to why they haven't refunded me as yet.
Avoid this company, they have my money and they won't think twice about taking yours!!
