“Rip off merchants”

Do not buy from these stores. My items were unsuitable so I followed their procedure of personally returning them to my nearest store even though I bought on line.
Whilst they agreed to take the lights back I was told in a very matter of fact way that there would be a 15% fee for doing this! I complained that a £60 charge for returning goods was outrageous and asked to speak to the manager who reluctantly offered to reduce the charge to 10%, which was still £40. I asked where it said there would be such a charge and I was shown an in store invoice. I've since checked their website and cannot find any mention of a returns fee.
Complete rip off and I will never buy from them again.
