“Dishonest about their offers and horrible customer service”

I want to let everyone know they should never take sky's "family and friends" offer. This offer gives half price TV (only TV) for 12 months, while normal customer gets it half price for 6 months. However, because of this offer, I was denied a £50 M&S voucher, and £130 cashback, therefore about £100 worse off overall.

When I called them and said that I don't want to be "friends and family" anymore.I just want to be treated as a normal customer and get the deal they get,they said once you accepted an offer you can't change it. So it was my fault because I had the choice of being a "family and friend" or a stranger, and I didn't realise they are that evil.
