“Bad first purchase, and a fine for TopShop from Chase!”

I've read some others have ordered from TopShop.com only for the items to never show up. I can't get in touch with TopShop because they won't return my emails and I'm on EST not GMT, so why should I have to call? Well, the last time I emailed, I told them flat out that if they didn't get back to me by today, I was reporting them to Chase Visa. Oh my god Chase gets 10 stars! They were very understanding (does this happen a lot?), are refunding my money, and let it slip that TopShop gets a fine from them when this happens! IF TOPSHOP DOESN'T DELIVER YOUR ORDER, CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!! Especially if you have Visa Signature, you'll get your money back right away and TopShop will be punished too!
