I have been with Virgin for over 3 years and am finally free!
After reading through the reviews and relating to so many of them I too wonder how they are still in business. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had to endure, I had to phone them twice a month for nearly a year to sort out billing problems and they charged me each time. Still not sorted after a full year so called to cancel all 4 contracts and their answer?
