A slight delay when trying to ascertain if a car could be made available at the right price as the hire point was La Rochelle airport which is not serviced by personnel 7 days a week let alone 24 hours a day. Very helpful guy kept me in the loop both by email and telephone. The car was a brand new one with just delivery miles on the clock so no complaints there. On returning the car there was nobody in any of the car hire offices so it was a case of dropping the keys through a letterbox which could have been a problem if I had something to say about the car. This is par for the course at this location. Overall - very pleased.
