I'm noticing that most of the praise here is for customer service dealing with a problem. The point is the only time a company should be praised highly is when the order goes smoothly.
Apparently this is not the case. I can't join in the praise. It's beyond infuriating to have sent 5 packages and have had ALL 5 NOT picked the next day as they should have been. 2 of the packages were not even picked up the following day. It's no joke arranging for someone to be there all day two days in a row.
As for customer service, their live chat help has ranged from brain dead robotic to acceptable, that is if you consider someone putting right what should not have gone wrong impressive.
As for getting a telephone number, it's like pulling teeth. And it's not for free either. Live help once I finally managed to extract a phone number was impatient and dimwitted.
I'm only giving a 2 because the idea is nice in principle. Being offered varied couriers under one umbrella is a good idea. But the logistics really need fine tuning.
