“fantastic service”

I decided to use a different car rental company as i was not happy with my usual one, from the very first i was impressed, i was emailed immediately to say they had noticed an error in my booking, they responded within the same day to enquiries i made.
The handling of paper work was swift, there was no hanging around wasting time. The vehicle was modern and clean, with heated seats, they were to become very useful as it was minus 8 that day.

We arranged to drop the car off at 6am, which is out of office hours.
We were delayed and lost in the bad weather, we were 45 mins late, we were met by the rep/manager he was very understanding and nothing was to much trouble.

I really didnt expect this level of service, i will definitely use this company again, i would definitely recommend them.
