Both my Renault Megane keys packed up over 2 months ago and I didn't have the nearly £400 to replace them at Renault. I sent one key off after reading the rave reviews and had to chase by email (there is no phone number on the web site) to find out if they had received it. After chasing they stayed in contact via email and phone and told me it was fixed and working. When it was returned about 5 days later it didn't work. So they asked me to send it back again (2x recorded delivery charges now) and it still doesn't work. They then told me it must be something wrong with my car. So the claims didn't match the results in my case. They were pleasant and polite and refunded me about £23 I believe but I'm now back to square one and a few quid less off.
