I was gifted a pair of Ugg boots and only wore them literally on a handful of occasions when the bottom part of the boot came away from the actual boot. You could fit your hand through the gap! I emailed Uggs on several occasions asking for some form of compensation/a new pair of boots as the quality was obviously minimum in the pair I had but no response was ever received!!

I understand that you cannot expect perfection on every single pair of boots as they are obviously mass made but their customer service is disgraceful!

I will never purchase another pair again!
