“GiffGff Fantastic service. can't believe negative reviews”

I have been with Giff Gaff a couple of months now and find this to be a great service. If you have a handset you want to keep then this is the best sim free service you can get, as long as you read up on the site before you choose.

I have read a log of negative reviews on here about customer service being terrible, but obviously these people did not do any research on Giff Gaff before signing up, just saw the prices were cheap and expected to get Vodafone service levels.

The truth is, if you read up on the site, threre is no centralised support, it is a community based forum where support and assistance can be gathered if you are willing to look for the information you need.

There is a saying that you don't get nothing for nothing, and the bottom line is, if you want top notch customer service go to one of the big network providers (although from my experiences with Vodafone and T Mobile I wouldn't touch them again) and pay for that service.

If you want good value for money on a monthly basis and at the odd times you need help you are willing to call on the help of the giff gaff community then GG is for you.

And no i am not an employed of Giff Gaff and very rarely ever give reviews however I got angry reading all the bad reviews from people who were just too lazy to read the giff gaff website before they signed up.
