I loved my 2 JM pans when I bought them 3 years ago and have been meticulous in looking after them. I have already had one replaced but even that now looks terrible, the red spot doesn't colour up properly any more and the surface is degrading. They have a lifetime guarantee but certainly won't last another 5 years! Trying to get them replaced again seems impossible asthe agents don't want to know you and put up all sorts of excuses. I WOULD NEVER BUY JAMIE OLIVER NON STICK AGAIN.
