“After 1year use”

I,ve used my new mattress for 1 year,it now has a major fault.There is a hardridge the full lenth alone one side, at about 2/3rds across.This forces
me to one side of the bed.All most falling of the edge.The mattress has
become very uncomfortable at the base of the ridge.The matrress is a single new generation 25,cost £270.I expect a mattress at this price,or even 1/2 the peice to last a lot longer.

Mark Mathers is now handling the complait.I wait to see
the outcome.
I will update this review with the outcome.
Hope this will not take to long as i do not want meny more bad nights.
