I started Go Lower 3 weeks ago. I've lost 4 inches off my waist, so the fat is definately burning off. And I did have a few days off for a short holiday. It's a ketogenic diet which means you eat a high protein, low-carb/low sugar diet. Once in ketosis I was not hungry at all to the point where I could've missed a meal. Something I could not do before without getting the shakes because I needed food! The breakfast for me was best because I got to add 2 dessert spoons of Total Greek Yoghurt to the granola provided along with a handful of berries. The soups were ok but the broccoli and cheese was a bit strong (blue cheese) and I'm not keen on mushrooms so the mushroom soup was a stinker but you get to customise your next box so I've asked for that to be replaced next month. The dinners could be better with I feel more meat and less sauce because you dont have bread to mop the sauce up but they do the job. The meatballs and saucage cassarole are really delish. Just add a portion of vegetables. And the portion size for veg is probably bigger than you would normally make for yourself and the suggested receipes like courgettes in garlic are really tasty and filling. I would recommend this plan to someone needing to lose fat, learn how to eat healthily and if anyone suffers from bad indigestion, then I found this cured mine. As soon as I had a few cheats on my holiday the heartburn and acid returned so I can only assume the plan was the cure.
