“Worst internet shopping experience EVER”

I cannot stress enough now much I would recommend people avoid using I want one of those.com at all costs!!! The item (photo cube) was faulty, no returns policy is available anywhere on the site, you have to 'contact' them for the delivery address and returns number - it is actually impossible to get anyone on the phone or to reply to their online message center that you are forced to use (what kind of website doesn't publish the returns policy??). I eventually found an email address for their PR lady who kindly gave 'cusomer services' a nudge to reply to me, I returned the item and waited for a refund which never arrived, after chasing this (again you can never contact anyone) they claim they never recieved the item and won't refund. Without a doubt worst internet shop I have ever done - DO NOT USE. Item overpriced tat, customer services non existant and will do everything they can to avoid speaking to you. I wish I'd done a bit more research before using this company.
