Needed my car for my business.
Got fully comp cover with hire car on monthly payments.
Car got stolen.
Got a cheque for £32 next day, they deducted outstanding installments.
Wouldn't let me have a hire car because they'd settled.
Tried to complain, they put phone down on me.
Complained to director, he told me to complain to the person I was complaining about.
Could only find recordings of conversations when it suited them.
The irony is I've now been elsewhere for several years with no claims and paid more in premiums than the claim cost. If they'd settled properly I'd have stayed with them and they'd have made more profit!
